The main process in the manufacture of natural wood products consists in its processing, starting from the selection of the prefab and up to the packaging of the finished product. This process involves the transformation of raw wood into finished products, using specific techniques and tools such as the sawmill, unroller, assembly lines and/or chipper.
The manufacture of wood products is carried out in several stages: log selection, cutting, processing, grinding, assembly, quality control, finishing and packaging. Each step requires attention to detail and technical skills to achieve superior quality wood products.

Firewoods
Firewood is the result of log processing. Firewood is divided into three distinct categories.
The first type consists of pieces of firewood obtained at the gater by the process of removing the edges to obtain timber. The standard size is about 50 centimetres in length, ready to be used for burning.
The second type of firewood comes from the waste wood from the processing of wood at the sawmill. After obtaining materials for box bottoms, the waste can be used as firewood.
The last type of firewood consists of waste pieces from the removal of the unusable parts of the log. Turning these scraps into firewood contributes to the sustainable use of resources and reduces environmental impact.
